our new Dorotheenpark is unfolding –
A modern motorhome campsite with heart and character. What once began as a vision is taking shape here on a lovingly designed site. Over 80,000 square meters have been created with great dedication and care, a place where nature is at home and you are a more than welcome guest.
At the Damp Dorotheenpark, motorhomes, vans and cars with roof tents and awnings can be parked.

Despite the freezing temperatures, we warmly welcome you to our motorhome campsite.
We are open all winter,
Except in February, which we dedicate to minor structural improvements.

At “Gut Damp Dorotheenpark” we honor the hospitality of nature.
We all love nature. That's why we treat it with respect – and give something back. Dorotheenpark stands for slow travel, sustainable experiences, and tourism that is in harmony with nature.
Therefore, we are currently planting and sowing, and so the pitch is naturally not yet as overgrown as it will be in the coming season.

If you want to beat the cold temperatures, you can really work up a sweat in our fitness room. Treadmill, weight training, rowing... feel free to try everything!

With us, you can book your own private sauna time! Just for yourself.
1.5 hours to unwind, warm up, wind down and relax.
Can be booked on site for €19 / 1.5 hours.

Alexander Reventlow is the owner of the Damp estate and the originator of the "Dorotheenpark" motorhome campsite.
With a keen sense for tradition and innovation, he is developing the Damp estate into a nature-oriented place of hospitality.
Tim Schulze, site manager, ensures a smooth process and the special atmosphere in Dorotheenpark and is your host on site.
